Case Study 2: Building Cross-Channel Campaign Systems for Nonprofit Engagement

Foster Love’s campaigns supported a wide range of initiatives including fundraising, volunteer engagement, community events, educational programs, and donor communications across multiple digital touchpoints.

I designed scalable campaign systems spanning email, landing pages, fundraising experiences, digital ads, and promotional materials while supporting distinct audience needs and maintaining cohesive brand consistency.

The Problem

Campaign production required balancing tight timelines, evolving stakeholder feedback, platform constraints, several audiences, and high campaign volume while maintaining consistent brand execution.

System Thinking

I developed reusable frameworks & elements, modular content structures, and scalable design approaches that allowed campaigns to launch more efficiently while supporting evolving marketing priorities.

System Design

I developed modular email templates, reusable components, and production standards that streamlined campaign creation while improving consistency across marketing communications.

The system accounted for responsive behavior, accessibility considerations, asset management, and production constraints across email clients.

Collaboration + Operations

I was operating with 2 other designers.

Results

The systemized approach improved production efficiency, enabled faster campaign iteration, and helped maintain consistency across a growing volume of lifecycle communications.
